CarRentalDeal.com is a pre-launch website. This page explains what we collect through it, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Launch updates (travelers): your email address, which form you used, the time you signed up, and the version of this policy shown to you.
• Founding Supplier interest (rental operators): your company name, operator type and work email, which form you used, the time you signed up, and the version of this policy shown to you.

We don't ask for names, phone numbers, payment details or location, and the site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

Traveler emails are used only to tell you about CarRentalDeal.com — its launch and early access to deals. Supplier details are used only to contact you about the Founding Supplier program. We don't sell or rent this information.

Spam and abuse protection

Sign-up forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is submitting the form. Cloudflare processes browser and device signals to do this; see Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum. To limit repeated submissions, we keep a one-way hash of your network address (never the address itself) for up to a day.

Where it's stored

Sign-ups are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated for CarRentalDeal.com. The site is served by Cloudflare, which also processes technical request information — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to deliver the site and keep it secure. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep sign-ups until they're no longer needed for the purpose above, or until you ask us to remove them.

To have your information removed or to ask what we hold about you, email privacy@carrentaldeal.com.

Changes

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and the date above.
